Project Apex
We set out to discover the reasons college educated adults age thirty-five and above volunteer and a little bit about their behavior as volunteers. After compiling and analyzing the data generated from 226 questionnaires and three focus groups, we are prepared to report on the results of Senior Services’ Project Apex study. Our research has yielded a set of best practices volunteer managers can use to improve the performance of their programs.
