We set out to discover the reasons college educated adults age thirty-five and above volunteer and a little bit about their behavior as volunteers. After compiling and analyzing the data generated from 226 questionnaires and three focus groups, we have a set of best practices volunteer managers can use to improve the performance of their programs. Study findings are available for download in a printable PDF copy of our final report.
