Purpose
Sno-Valley Adult Day Health serves older adults experiencing physical, mental or social problems associated with stroke, isolation, confusion or other conditions. As a Certified program we provide therapeutic activities that are safe and enjoyable for people who are frail or have a disability living in the greater Snoqualmie Valley area.
Program Goals
The primary goal of the Sno-Valley Adult Day Center is to assess and meet the mental, physical, social and cognitive needs of participants and thereby maintain or improve their level of functioning so that they can remain in their own homes located in the greater Snoqualmie Valley.
The secondary goal is to provide safe care to functionally impaired persons who cannot be left unsupervised and are living with care providers. The program also offers some relief for the caregivers who often provide 24-hour care for the participants. This relief can often prevent or delay institutionalization of the participant.
Cost
A sliding scale is used to determine the daily fee. Medicaid and state Respite coverage is available to eligible participants. We are a non-profit program open to all regardless of ability to pay.
Schedule
The Sno-Valley Adult Day Health program is flexible and can be tailored to your needs. You may attend on all days or at the locations of your choice.
