As caregiver advocates we know about the community services available to caregivers like you and the older persons you care for.
Services
We can help you identify community resources, select the best options and assist in securing needed services. We will:
- Direct you to the appropriate agency or contact the agency on your behalf.
- Arrange home visits if you have intensive needs.
- Follow up to make sure that you have received the help you need.
- Provide limited supplemental services for caregivers in financial need.
Our caregiver advocates are also available to do community outreach, education and coordination with service providers. Contact us to schedule a workplace or community presentation on:
