Adult Day Health Centers

Adult Day Health Centers provide frail adults experiencing physical, mental or social problems associated with stroke, isolation, confusion or other conditions the opportunity to meet new people, participate in challenging activities and enjoy daily life in comforting surroundings. Caring for someone who is frail or has a disability is a demanding job. Adult Day Health Centers can provide caregivers with a much-needed break.
