free! Senior Rights Assistance specialists provide individualized attention and are knowledgeable about many legal and consumer rights related topics, including: powers of attorney, estate planning and consumer issues.

Solid Ground's Housing Counseling services include Mortgage Default Counseling, Predatory Lending Prevention, Reverse Equity Mortgage Counseling, Landlord/Tenant Counseling. All of these services include information and assistance on rights and responsibilities under local and State eviction and foreclosure statutes.
