Write in "Senior Services" in the donor designation of your form.
Boeing Employees
Call the Employee Community Fund Office at (206) 655-4124 to request a Positive Designations form. Write in "Progressive Senior Services" under Option 3.
Microsoft Employees
Go to the give option on the company’s intranet site. Click "Give Now" and search for Senior Services and then submit your pledge online. Select the "Match" link to submit a matching gift request.

Many employers match their employees financial and volunteer hour contributions. Contact your Human Resources department and find out about your employer’s matching gifts program. Please mail completed matching gift forms to:
